PDF The Art of Smart Thinking with Free MOBI EDITION!

When I first settled in to read this book, I thought I would encounter the mechanics/theory of brain waves and how these waves relate to our everyday moods and functioning. This book does in fact cover the basics of neurofeedback, but the book had a surprise for me. I was intersted to learn how much of our ability to sustain a high alpha brain wave state was based on deep "forgiveness" work. Of course, this does make sense if one deeply thinks about this. While the book is a very good introduction to Dr. Hardt's life long work in this exciting area of human potential, the book could use some serious editing. Hopefully, later additions will correct some of the obvious publication flaws.I have to say that this book has definitely motivated me to do Dr. Hardt's neurofeedback training someday, however, I will need a source of independent wealth first! So, if you are really into human evolution and your own personal spiritual growth/evolution, give this book a read!
